New Couch to 5k Program Launch

West Lancashire's club of the year 2024 are bringing you their first Couch to 5k program of the year, January 2025.

The first coached session is scheduled to take place on Thursday 9th January at 19:15. Attendees meet the coaching team outside the Miners peg in skelmersdale from 7pm
