Harriers Re-Launch Free Couch to 5k program

Launching 6:30pm Thursday 19th October, Members of Skelmersdale Boundary Harriers running club will host the latest version of their free Couch to 5k

Participants will meet outside the West Lancs Youth Zone (opposite Nye Bevan) approx 6:15pm for a 6:30pm introduction to the supporting team of experienced coaches, run leaders and club members who will be with you every step of the way in the run up to christmas.
