The Christmas challenge is a fun event for everyone to take part in. You can run or walk, or do a bit of both. You can dip in and out of it too. There is no pressure at all!

There is a different challenge each day which might be a specific run session, like a club run or a speed session or there might be a silly task.....you'll find out. If you can't make a session, don't worry....just run on your own!

The Rules of the Game:

1. There are no rules

2. You don’t have to do every run if you don’t want to run every day

3. If you take part on a day’s event…please take screen shot of your Strava……or a photo if that’s requested
